RECTANGULAR HORIZONTAL SLIDING DOOR AUTOCLAVE

Zenotrex sliding front Rectangular chamber autoclave range combines the easy access of a sliding door cabinet design with the value inherent in rectangular section machines. Available in five sizes, each unit is factory fitted with a large number of features as standard, making it suitable for sterilizing liquids (media), discard, glassware and other instruments. 

These features include:

Ÿ  High pressure autoclaving, low, noise, low radiant heat, rust resistant and long life.

 

Ÿ  Choice of manual or automatic door opening.

Ÿ  Safety: over-temperature protection, an external pressure
gauge, a safety valve test program and an emergency stop button.

 

 BOILER(STEAM GENERATOR):

Autoclave can be supplied with two grades (SS 304/316L) steam generator operable
on electricity
adequate capacity with sensors for automatic and safe operation. High grade flanged type heating elements are fitted from front side for easy replacement/repair. Fitted with water gauge glass for water level, safety valve, water inlet and drain valves. It is also provided with Low Water Level cut of device. Inbuilt auto-water feeding system including pump, automatic water level control, low and high water level
control, low and high water level cut-off (both).

CONSTRUCTION:

The chamber, doors and steam generator, Outer Cover, flush mountings have made of solid, high quality 316L Stainless Steel. The stand should be AISI 304. Water level indicator has made of Stainless Steel and jacket should be made of high graded SS – 316L/ 316 Ti with pressure gauge. The chamber has jacketed to ensure the temperature uniformity in chamber. it has Designed to operate on various pre select programs such as pre-vacuum cycle, gravity cycle, porous load cycle, liquid cycle and two standard Bowie Dick test and vacuum leak cycle with work up to 100-150/110-135 oC, with maximum working temperature 139OC. working pressure 1.2 to 2.0 Kg/sq. Sterilization cycles: 6 cycles at least

 

DOORS:

The Sterilizer is supplied with  single door or double doors made of SS 316LThe doors are having automatic Horizontal sliding type arrangement. The
doors will have unique arrangement to open them manually in case of power
failure. The door Gasket is of Silicon rubber.

SAFETY FEATURES:

Special provision prevents the operator from opening the door in following events:

  •  When the chamber is under pressure with proper monitoring system and door cannot be opened when chamber is pressurized.
  •  When one door is open the other cannot be opened (for Sterilizer with 2 Doors).
  •  A cycle should not start if the door is open or not properly locked.
  • Pneumatically operated sliding doors with chamber interlocking.
  • Temperature sensitive locking system should allow only one door to be opened at a time.
  • Gas-tight bio-sealing between sterile and non-sterile areas.
  • Paneling cover the entire autoclave including loading and unloading sides. easily removable for inspection and service for repair and maintenance.
  • Complete door interlock

AUTOMATIC PROCESS CONTROL UNIT:

Ÿ  Microprocessor PLC control system with 7” colour touch screen

Ÿ  Unit has facility to operate in manual mode also.

Ÿ  The sterilizer have automatic autoclaving cycle operations through
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).

Ÿ  an alpha-numeric Laser/ thermal printer which prints each cycle parameter performed by the sterilizer

Ÿ  online printing and backup facility for data storing and record keeping.


VACUUM SYSTEM:

This system is used for effective air removal from Autoclave chamber. It consists of
efficient of water-ring type vacuum pump, condenser to assist air removal. It also have low water level alarm to protect it from dry run. Disposable air filter (HEPA)
should be provided for filtering the atmospheric air before entering in the chamber. The filter separation efficiency of higher than 99.99% H14 for particle size less than
0.2µm. High pressure high vacuum (pre vacuum and post vacuum through suitable vacuum pump and SS condenser).

Insulation:

The sterilizer jacket and door is completely insulated 50 to 80mm chloride free minerato keep the autoclave a rapid cooling system. The insulation have completely encased in rigid removable sheet housing.


 Safety Alarm:

·      Automatic alarms to monitor abnormal process conditions have to be present

·      Over-pressure protective device

·      Over-temperature protective device

·      Protective measure device of door safety.

·      Interlock function device.

·      Low water cut off sensor.

·      Temperature and Pressure Sensors: PT 100 sensor

·      Operating parameters easy to set without programming experience

·      When the door is not closed and sealed, the sterilization chamber cannot get heated pressure in the sterilization chamber should not increase and also give an alarm. The sealing hollow gasket for doors with chamber high temperature resistance.

·       When power is cut off, the pressure release valve should have provision
to be manually opened for releasing the pressure in the sterilization chamber.

·      ADS to check air removal from chamber proceed for sterilization

 Others:

  • Computer connectivity port to be the part of equipment for remote viewing and controlling of sterilization cycle and data management of previous cycles and for service.
  • Monitoring system of autoclave have display the real-time monitoring of the equipment by the user to display and record the basic operating parameters of the equipment, time, temperature, pressure and other contents of different stages.

  • Under no circumstances should the operator or maintenance personnel be able to modify the permanent data. The set program should display running time and remaining time.
  • Loading and unloading trolleys/ carriages (minimum 2 nos. per autoclave including loading cabins to be quoted with the main offer.
  • Hydrostatic, autoclave pressure test to be conducted on the chamber and the pressure jacket to meet safety regulations. 
  • Air compressor, vacuum pump suitable for the capacity of the sterilizer to be supplied which should be maintenance free with low noise level.
  • Display of all parameters should be both on the loading side and sterile sides.
  • The sterilizer should be of `pit -mounted’/‘floor –mounted’ type, so that the bottom portion of the inner chamber should be flush with the finished floor level of the site of installation.
  • This is to for enable the `cage racks to be moved directly into the inner chamber without any further lifting / trolley etc.
  • The sterilizer should be of ‘floor –mounted’ type.

 Software:

Batch data
storage for future reference, process and parameters monitoring, alarm history,
batch report trend printout (graphical report) batch report excel export and
formatted printouts, real time trends, alarm diagnose assistance, fault
analysis assistance for maintenance etc. The automation should be such that any
error generated during the process should be displayed/ informed on screen and
recorded in the print. All interruptions and failures must be indicated through
audio visual alarms.
